Account Executive

Make My Day seeks an entrepreneurial Account Executive to grow sales across the USA and ROW. We are looking for an experienced Account Executive excited about contributing to the success of a clean-tech SaaS start-up that simplifies and optimizes EV Charging and Operation, providing many benefits to EV drivers and Fleets. The primary focus will be on developing commercial relationships in the USA and ROW with large commercial fleet operators, fleet management systems (FMS) companies, Telematics companies, charge point operators and vehicle manufacturers. Our Vision is to lead the charge in fostering a sustainable future for companies, fleets, and automotive leaders worldwide.

Full Time (Hybrid)
  • Minimum 3 years SaaS sales,
  • You have a solid and proven sales track record within the SaaS, EV, FMS, Fleet or Telematics industry.
  • Personality: Hands-on, driven salesperson who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a start-up mentality. Strong empathy for customers and passion for driving growth through value add.
  • Skills:Proven ability to lead high-performing global customer accounts, team player, analytical, solution-oriented, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Automotive and EV industries is a major plus.
  • Results-driven: Track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Language: English mother tongue level both written and spoken, other languages a plus
  • Ability to travel to customer/client meetings, industry events, and other business-related events as required.
  • The successful candidate must demonstrate their fluency and proficiency in a rich sales tech stack, with tools like CRM, sales engagement, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and the like.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key customers and clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Identify and engage with potential customers through various channels.
  • Indirect through partners and direct, including, networking, and referrals.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions for both the company and the customer.
  • Presentations to clients, showcasing the Value and benefits of the solution.
  • Facilitate and coordinate product and sales enablement.
  • Participate in and guide discussions and negotiations with customers.

R&D Manager

Make My Day is a leading solution provider that facilitates the transition and operation of electric vehicle (EV) fleets, reducing CO2 emissions. We are an innovative start-up that has developed an award-winning AI algorithm that optimizes EV charging for drivers and fleets. · Defining improvement goals for the team and leading the team to achieve the goals

· Define clear project goals and timelines in collaboration with the product team.

· Work with existing clients to understand their needs and integrate our technology into their EV software solutions.

· Ensure the ongoing maintenance and improvement of our EV software

· Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of our software

The role will be based in our Tel-Aviv, Kiryat Atidim, Israel office
